Q. Are all the watches authentic?
A. All of our watches are 100% authentic name brands as advertised. Some of the brands we offer are: Croton, DKNY, Fossil, Guess, Lorus by Seiko, Invicta, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors, Timex, Victorinox Swiss Army, Wenger Swiss Military

Q. Do you sell used or refurbished watches?
A. We sell only brand new, quality name brand merchandise. All the watches that you find under the different categories of sports watches, casual watches, dress watches. fashion watches etc. are all brand new and authentic watches.
Q. Do you have a store where we can shop in person?
A. We currently have no showroom or store. We sell only via our website, Amazon, eBay, and other such online markets. This allows us to cut our overhead costs and deliver the lowest possible prices to our customers.
Q. Do you sell extra links or different bands for the watches?
A. We currently do not stock parts or accessories. We sell only the watches themselves. We also do not currently take special orders.

Q. What is the Company philosophy?
A. Our motto is: "Making Time Affordable". We do this without compromising our philosophy of delivering only quality brand name merchandise at the lowest prices and exceptional customer service.
Q. How do you sell the watches at such low prices?
A. We aggressively search the global market for both the latest styles and the lowest prices. By buying tremendous volume and selling strictly over the internet, we have cut our overhead costs. We then pass these savings on to you, our customer.
Q. How come my e-mails are not answered immediately?
A. We thankfully sell hundreds of products daily. Our shipping is totally automated and our watches are usually shipped within one business day and usually immediately. Each email must be answered by a human being and we respond on a first come first served basis. We try to give each customer the personal attention they deserve. The typical response time for an e-mail received M-F - 9-5 - EST is between 1 to 12 hours. (Friday's mail may sometimes not be received until Monday.) We appreciate and welcome all your comments and suggestions. We answer all correspondence. We also answer all phone calls.

Q. Do you accept exchanges or returns?
A. In line with customer satisfaction being our number one priority, we have one of the most liberal return policies available on the internet. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. In all fairness we just ask that you please totally comply with our policies so that we in turn can be reimbursed by our suppliers. Please see our return / exchange policy listed below for exact details.
Q. Do you offer a warranty?
A. We offer whatever manufacturers warranty applies to each particular item. All brand names like Croton, Kenneth Cole, Wenger and Victorinox have warranties, but the duration and coverage varies by brand. Please see product description of the watch you want for more details.
Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. We accept PAYPAL, American Express, Visa and MasterCard
Q. Do you size the watch before shipping?
A. We ship all our watches as they come from the manufacturer. We have no facilities for resizing them. Most of our bands are adjustable if so stated in the description. Depending on how handy you are, you may be able to remove links yourself or have a jeweler do this for you.

Q. How do I know if the watch I choose will fit me?
A. We list all the vital measurements for each watch that we sell. Among these statistics are the watch face size and the maximum size wrist that it will fit tightly. In order to measure your wrist, circle your wrist with a measuring tape. Then add another 1/8 - 3/8 of an inch to that number depending on how loose a fit you like.
Q. What do I do if the battery is dead on arrival?
A. We carefully inspect all watches prior to shipment to make sure they are functioning correctly. Unfortunately there is no way to know if a battery is about to die without opening the watch and testing it. At your request, we can either send you a new battery or you can send the watch back for us to replace the battery.
Q. Are your pictures and descriptions accurate?
A. We make every effort to make our images and descriptions as accurate as possible. Please bear in mind that there are times that what appears one way on our computer monitor may look slightly different on someone else's monitor based on the configuration. We can only see what appears on our monitor. Please email if you have any questions.

Q. What is meant by water resistant?
A. Unless the watch is rated at least 100 meters W.R., swimming is not advisable. We have watches like this WENGER SWISS MILITARY that are 100 meter WR. At 50 meters, showering and wading in shallow water are permissible. Lesser ratings are only meant to withstand occasional splashes of rain. Please consider your needs prior to ordering. Also, please bear in mind that chemicals and salt can damage the band and/or the case.
Q. Is the item in the picture the one I will be getting?
A. We typically stock hundreds of the same style. We only use only one of each item for images and statistics. It is very unlikely that you will be getting the exact one in the picture. Also, please bear in mind that sometimes the manufacturer slightly alters a product's description or shade of color without letting us know. This is not done intentionally. Also, when you get your watch check to see if there is a protective plastic on the face and/or the case back and/or the band. This is meant to be removed by the customer. Not all watches come with this.

Q. How do you ship?
A. We ship via U.S.P.S. First Class Service. In the USA, only upon customer request, we will ship Priority Mail for an additional $2.00 above the standard shipping and handling charges.

Q. How long after I pay will you ship?
A. We generally ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. >From the time we ship, please allow 7-10 days on domestic orders and at least thirty days, due to customs delays, on international orders. This time frame is beyond our control.
Q. Do you ship international or to an APO?
A. Yes. We ship everywhere.
Q. Can I have you ship to a location other than my billing address?
A. When you pay, you can indicate where you want the item shipped. Different addresses must be in writing. We will ship anywhere in the world.

A. As is clearly stated, part of the cost is the handling which covers our cost of storing the merchandise, packaging and maintaining a staff to send out the items in a timely fashion. These are part of our costs that enable us to offer our customers the lowest prices.

At The Watch Gallery, Your Total Satisfaction is our # 1 Priority. All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping to assure that they are in brand new and properly functioning condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from date of receiving the watch to request an exchange or return.

All exchanges should adhere to the following conditions:
- Product must be in new, unworn condition with no physical changes such as scratches or removed links.
- The watch should be returned in its original manufacturer's box with the tag included.
- A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 30 days of receiving the watch. You can request one via the e-mail address listed below and that number should be clearly included in all returns.
- If you are requesting an exchange because you prefer a different watch, the reshipping cost is $4.00 in the USA, $8.00 to Canada and $12.00 Internationally.
- If you are requesting a refund for a non-defective watch we will refund the cost of the watch (not including shipping and handling costs).
