I got 2 Croton watches from my girlfriend for Christmas this year. One of the two watches had an issue with the crown, it would not work. We called TimeZone and tried to trouble shoot the issue over the phone, once we came to the conclusion that the watch was in fact damaged, the gentleman that I was talking too at TimeZone, shipped a new watch out right away with a return envelope.
I look forward to making more purchases here at TimeZone, they have great prices and exceptional customer customer service!!!
